Luby's - Austin

Too expensive, Steak I had torn hard with a lot. It was only half. Kohl was great and very spiced. I paid $27 for me. I never spent so much on myself in my life to eat somewhere. It won't come back.

As a cafeteria, with an old fashion food line, I was uncertain what to expect. However, I was very pleased with the selection of food selection. Several ducks looked excellent. The food was good and the service was fast. The beans and Jalapeno Cornbread were excellent. Choose wise and with moderation or your bill can be over $15.00. I'd recommend Luby's.

I love luby?s and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Ours have closed and have to travel to Austin, but if the family is together, we try to make it. Great house style comfort food. Fried fish or Chicken Fried Steak. Love the atmosphere.

Luby's Cafeteria Lease Has Been Extended For Three More Years Congratulations! It was a fast, friendly atmosphere, and we had an attentive and efficient server. The food was good! Large or Lu Ann portion sizes are available. It's good option for large families. FYI: You gotta know when to slip in btwn the crowds. Time is very important. JP ordered, Luby's Fried Fish Combo, with two sides and a roll. He chose the pan seared cabbage seasoned with bacon, and mac'n cheese, plus an extra. I ordered Luby's Fried Chicken Breast Combo (because they had N?? Meatloaf), and it to came with two sides and a roll. So, I chose steamed broccoli (w/o cheese), and mashed potatoes; and did N?T finish.
