I love coming here for a quick breakfast taco fix, as it 's parked in the parking lot of the Star Stop gas station closest to my place. The prices are more than fair reasonable, the two ladies powerhousing this food operation are very friendly and helpful. I 've tried the potato egg, migas beans, egg beans, bacon egg, barbacoa breakfast tacos. I 've also had the Torta. Their salsas served with both are necesario, imo, but im a big condiments gal. All of the listed food i 've tried has only been delicious, and made consistently with fresh ingredients. Give this authentic mexican food truck a try for yourself !
