Came here with my family for the first time. They have a little fireplace which was nice. The chicken salad croissant was good but small but sadly the Nutella crepe was disappointing. I got it after both my husband and 4 year old finished eating and myson took one bite saying no thank you for more because it's no good considering he loves Nutella. The cashier was nice thoughand even spoke with my son for a little bit when there was no one was ordering.

None of these recent 1 star reviews are reflective of our experiences here, so felt a review was needed. The employees and manager, Paul, are always extremely pleasant and helpful. We have never encountered any of the negative attitudes I?ve read ofrecently:

I called to ask about allergens as part of a corporate group order because the online allergen guide was not up to date, and the employee who answered was rude, completely unwilling to help, and argumentative. She first told me I could eat the item I calledabout without even checking, then when I questioned her to check the bread she backtracked and said the bread contained egg so Icouldn?t eat it. She had no suggestions for anything I could eat (which there are plenty of menu items that wouldn?t containegg, just suggest a bowl of fruit if nothing else) and wouldn?t let me speak to someone who could help. Instead of helping, sheordered me to instruct the person placing my group order not to do so over Grubhub? It had nothing to do with why I called and Iexplained that I don?t even know who is placing the order, it?s corporate group catering. I don?t write reviews but havehonestly never been so blatantly disrespected, it just put a huge damper on the experience and it would be great if they couldask their employees to treat people with kindness instead of hostility.

I ordered through order eats and we did not receive the soups that we ordered despite them being clearly written on the receipts stapled to the bag. Really upsetting considering we paid extra to add the soups to our entrees. Would not recommend orderingfrom this location.

This is the worst place to eat , buyer beware ! It starts with the terrible attitude at the order counter and continues to the failed attempt to deliver eggs and bacon. The bacon was cold and had so much grease you could lube your car. The croissant wascold, potatoes room temp, greasy and just not edible. Eggs were way to runny and under cooked . This place was the bomb manyyears ago however it must have newer owners as it?s run down and tastes like it. You can do much better elsewhere.
