Turn over time was way too long and they should have one or more staff to help with cleaning up. They also don’t take reservations as stated on your app and we found out as we arrived, which was also very disappointing. Will not come back to this location as there are better options for ramen out there.

The food was very good and good came out quickly. My complaint is that they don’t actually take reservations so we had to wait for an hour for a table.

Jinya doesn’t accept reservations via Opentable. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a table.

Beware, they do NOT take reservations! We ended up having to wait for 40mins. The food and service was okay.

Reserved a spot online and when I got to the restaurant was told that the online service is incorrect. Was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes for a table end up waiting 50 for a table and during the whole time trying to eat was swatting at flies to get away.
