Ihop - Austin

This place sucks, I'm here for lunch, I came back and my car was booted. It cost me a hundred dollars to release it. They blame the boat, but it's their parking lot. I tried to talk to the boaters. You're like a bunch of Voltures the park company.

KAT was the best waitress. Exceptional service and a very warm presence. We had a problem with another customer, but she treated the situation incredibly well. One of the most hospitable people I met.

Visited 8/27/22 This morning and the waitress, Ana, was absolutely fantastic. It was a short waiting period before she visited the table to take our drinks and food order, but once she arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly, fast and her service was absolutely perfect. I was very impressed when she informed us at the end of our meal that we were her last table for the day. When she finishes her shift, I can only imagine the quality at the beginning. Once again, Ana was absolutely amazing. While this place is one of the rough locations for IHOP, we have not experienced any of the bad parts, the neighborhood during our visit and I was super impressed.

There were two pancake breakfasts. I ordered the tres books and they barely a pressure on it, I was so disappointed, then they charged us over $30 when I ordered from another IHop I ordered the same thing and paid $23. More than $10 less for better food. I'm sorry we didn't even get silver or syrup for pancakes. It was terrible, it will never stop there again. My dog didn't even want to eat it.

Good customer service. Dishes arrive quite quickly. Not a fancy restaurant but it does its job and provide the breakfast/brunch dishes that you would want.
