Frog The Bull - Austin

I've been to this restaurant about five times now. During my most recent visit, I decided to try the pizza for the first time, and it was fantastic! They have a large pizza oven that cooks everything perfectly. I ordered the margherita pizza, and it was delicious. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was really nice, too!

I absolutely love Frog the Bull! Their spicy pineapple margarita and flaming queso are fantastic, and the salmon is always a winner! Food: 5 Service: 5

I feel that I was fooled by Yelp and Google Reviews. Had a nice trip at the Oasis and not able to find a table, hence came to this place for dinner. The online menu looks fine and the decor was nice. Also the food portion is generous, but that's it. Service is non existence. It's a Saturday night and the bar was barely full. We were seated immediately and a waitress stopped by to ask us if she could take our drink order. Since we don't drink we politely declined, then she never came to our table again. Food was a bit too salty to me, and I could barely notice the presentation due to the dimmed light in the dining area. We had to constantly ask for service or we're just ignored completely. Mind you, this is NOT a busy Saturday night and we were served by random waitresses, one of them even didn't know the name of what she brought to us. Completely disaster and 0 service.
