It's also very conveniently located, just a short five-minute walk from Oltorf on a wide sidewalk leading from the La Quinta. Some previous reviews mentioned safety concerns about the area, but honestly, those reviewers must live in the suburbs. The only potential hazard is walking alongside a frontage road with large vehicles traveling at 50 mph, but even then, it feels safe thanks to the impressive 12-foot-wide sidewalk. We couldn't help but remark on how great the sidewalk is!

The brisket is tender and flavorful. The charro beans are also quite good. The prices are reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of menu options.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best and most affordable BBQ spots in Austin. My husband and I used to visit daily, and the staff even memorized our breakfast and lunch orders. They offer daily specials throughout the week that are budget-friendly.

Not much of a fan of the taste of the barbecue sauce. I got the three meat plate. The sausage was a bit dry, the brisket was fatty as I was chewing it I was somewhat gagging because of the fatty texture in my mouth. The ribs are great. I'm not much of a fan of their barbecue sauce. It could use some improvements. But over, it's a decent place. A bit pricey. Three meat paid with a drink cost me roughly $24

Food is delicious and the service is excellent. Friendly staff and short wait time!
