Chick-fil-a - Austin

My 13-year-old son and I came for a date night. Tiffany made our night with her kindness and hospitality. She reminded us to make these memories together and even treat us as dessert. What a brilliant example of phenomenal customer service. I hope she is praised for making this really an outstanding Chickfila location.

Always a nice din. The chicken sandwiches are delicious and fleshy. The many sauce options change the taste, but I enjoy honey mustard, honey or none at all. Since I had the grilled chicken today, I went with the honey mustard. When I get the baked chicken, I usually make honey. The staff is fast and efficient. Excellent customer service, and this place is beautiful. Flowers on the table and classical piano music over the speakers. Also very clean.

Very good spot to head to for late night cravings.The downside to this location is that it is nestled in a secluded corner of this strip mall. Behind Bank of America, behind Wendy's, behind Starbucks getting there, one needs to navigate some tight turns, pass many establishments.Parking spots at night could be dark because lights are block by huge mature trees.Food is as expected, it was good. Service is also good.
