Cedro Scratch Italian Wine - Austin

I was lucky to have eaten a dozen times at the original Alfredo's and had their delicious fatuccine Alfredo. Since then I have Fatuccine Alfredo in countless other restaurants and has been consistently disappointed. Cedro's is the FIRST restaurant that made it and Alfredos. The egg noodles are made in the house. The sauce is great and the pancetta is perfectly cooked. Such a great dish!

With complementary parking spaces outside, we were welcomed and quickly sitting. This restaurant has a terrace and an indoor dining for your comfort. Our server was wonderful, and this is completely in the mood to push our meal to our comfort. She also visited all the articles we had questions about in the menu. A relaxed decor that was very clean. The menu offers a wide selection of homemade fresh pastas, home pizzas and wonderful entrées. We started with the bacon wrapped dates that were absolutely cooked for perfection and served with Arugula and a little balsamic reduction that was brilliant! We also enjoyed the cauliflower that was spiced so it was a perfect companion to our drinks. The Focaccia was a fantastic addition and we enjoyed it totally. On the main course to move, we enjoyed the pig farm Parmesan, who, as of Iowa in the land of the pig onion, would say that this was one of the best we ever had! In addition, the lamb dish was phenomenal, with braided lamb, which fell apart in homemade pasta sauce, was just above the top. Not one thing we tried was less than brilliant. Yes, we had room for dessert and that exceeded expectations. Tiramisu and crème brûlée disappeared in a flash. Can't say enough about this restaurant. You have to try!

I was here with a big group. You have recorded our size group quite quickly. It was a while before drinks were ordered and then food. Two of us ordered the steak salad. No additional lead time was mentioned. All but us were served. About 10 minutes later a steaksalate was released. When everyone finished their meal, I asked the waiter to take my salad from my ticket. Suddenly it came out immediately. I didn't want to start my meal when everyone else finished her. That is why the 3 star review. Very unacceptable.

I always look for local restaurants on the Apple Maps when I visit the city. I had the shells for a starter and they were even better with sauce and bread. It's worth the price. I also ordered the Fatuccine Carbonara with chicken. Excellent. Jeff was a great server and whoever went around and made sure the drinks were filled again. I'm back. Perfectly balanced flavors in each dish! Pastas are fresh daily and you can tell. Caesar salad perfectly dressed (not overdressed) and shareable. Chicken Marsala fresh and delectable. Everything was perfectly and lightly seasoned and OMG Spectacular! We are so pleased and will be back with friends! Servers so very helpful and knowledgeable. Wine was perfectly paired! Don’t miss!
