Great Pommes, Hamburger was good. Noise, very slow service

The food was not related to the standards of similarly expensive restaurants. The appetizers were really good, but the appetizers were not delicious. In particular, the Delmonico Steak was fat and not seasoned.

We go to Caroline for a simple dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The servers are friendly and the food is consistently good. We had the Wagyu beef burger, good quality, without the bungalow (our preference). The burgers came hot, perfectly prepared, and the skating frits are good. We have found over time that every choice is made good on their menu. We also love their brunch on weekends.

Our server was great, it was simply reworked with too many tables. It took 10 minutes before we were greeted after sitting. 15 minutes for drinks. More for dinner. Everyone was friendly, food was great.

Horrible service. Understaffed. Over one hour for coffee and breakfast. Food good. Not really special.
