Mcdonald's - Austell

This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I rarely eat hamburgers or fast food, but I was really craving a burger. I ordered for myself and my daughter, and when I bit into my burger, I found raw patties. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out multiple times, but no one answered or responded. After this experience, I couldn't eat for two days. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff completely ignored us on top of everything else. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to be overlooked and risk getting sick from undercooked food.

I stopped by to grab a quick bite, but it took 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the counter. When I was finally greeted, the manager was rude and inconsiderate. She explained in an abrupt manner that the receipt printer was malfunctioning and that she couldn’t fix it. She didn’t even provide us with our order number. I definitely won’t be returning to this place.

My friend ordered an iced coffee, just like I did, but when her order was ready, she was told that the machine was broken and they weren’t serving iced coffee. I will include photos as evidence. If I hadn’t wiped down our seats, we would have ended up sitting in dirt with small children. The management and customer service were lacking. If you want to justify paying your staff more, you need to improve the overall experience; what I encountered today certainly didn’t feel worth $13 an hour—more like $2.50 an hour.

The So called manager argued with me about what a large drink. I come to this location all of the time. I think I know the difference between large and medium. To make it worse, she walked off and threw her hand up as to say I 'm Done Talking To You....Terrible customer service experience today....Just in case you( shift manager 10:45am) need to know the difference, I 've attached a picture in this review. I will be emailing corporate, the store manager and the regional DM.

Everything was fine except for there eating area outside. I was sitting out there and it smelled a lot like urine and one of the managers came outside to smoke only to go back inside did not wash her hands and went straight to fries only to pick them up and bag them for a customer I must say that grossed me out.
