Wendy's - Aurora

I had to wait a long time for my order. Even though there were only three people ahead of me, it took 35 minutes to receive my salad. That’s just unacceptable.

The food I received was cold, and they forgot to give me the sauces for the nuggets. It also took a long time for my meal to arrive, but I don't blame the driver for that.

Wow! I drive a truck and had trouble getting through because the dining room was locked at 11:00 on Wednesday, even though the big banner on the fence says the dining room opens at 7:00 AM. Wendy's used to be a much better place. There were no signs at the doors or anywhere else. From reading other reviews, it seems like this location might close down because they can't maintain Wendy's high standards.

Wow! Consistently undersaffed. Got our order wrong. Very slow.
