Food was okay but nothing special. My chicken parmesan was tasteless and the red sauce was not good. My wife’s brasato noodles were the same as mine, no flavor. Service was okay and Ana had no personality. She was kind of like a robot. When we came here we met another couple who was staying here. They make you pay for parking in the farthest lot. There is construction everywhere and it’s confusing to get around. Will we come again, no.
Normally I would steer clear of an Italian place inside a resort like this, but we had a group dinner for a conference I was attending and this was the place. I stand so corrected on my assumptions. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend!
The food was ok, but super expensive. The service was very, very slow. We were with a large group and it took 1 hour to get our first round of drinks. Despite a large conference at the hotel, they only had 1 bartender and one waitress for our group. They did their best, but need more employees.
Excellent Italian Restaurant in the Gaylord Resort! We had a group for dinner and Heather provided over the top service. Everything that we ordered from the menu was wonderful. We had a large group so we ordered and shared family style. We had the Rigatoni, Carpaccio, Garganelli, Bucatini, Eggplant Parm, Scallops, Brasato, and the Milano. Prices were in line with dining in a city and not at all outrageous. The wine list was great and the beer list was fine. Wonderful experience from top to bottom.
Service was terrible. My partner’s toasted sandwich came out luke warm, and had clearly been sitting for a while. My caprese sandwich was inedible the bread was not quite
