The Copper Pot Saddle Rock - Aurora

Ive been eating here once a week for two years and eaten almost everything here and the food is really good sometimes it comes looking not like a Michelin star Restaurant and thats ok. The service is amazing the servers are kind likable people. The atmosphere is atmosphere idk if its bc i come here a lot but its just how it is the jukebox looks a little out of place but i still love it and i will continue dining here.

This food never ever disappoints! This time I had the jalapeño pasta and it was kicking! Think the only thing I would recommend is infuse the jalapeños more into the sauce so they aren’t so in your face? It was a little overboard with jalapeños but otherwise the taste was in point and super creamy! The chicken is always so juicy and cooked to perfection! Seriously Aurora peeps if you haven’t come here WHY!!

The serving sizes are huge. The Mac and cheese balls are dry with aged cheese- which made them hard to eat. They were just too dry. The artichoke dip wasn't chopped fine enough.. so there were 3in strips of artichoke. The sweet potato fries were incredible. The pulled pork was tangy and sweet (very good). The onion rings were also great.

Food was not good. Artichoke dip was flavorful, but barely warm. Boneless wings were chewy, burger you could tell was frozen and also not good. Service was just ok. Randa was very pleasant, but it took a long time to order food, had to ask for condiments and a side of onion rings was delayed coming out. The family bathroom was nice in that it had an actual changing table for babies, but the floor was so incredibly sticky. And to top it off they charge a 3 or 4% non cash fee that was not communicated at all- nothing from the server or any signage. The place is pricy as it is, so this was a bit excessive. Would not come back.

Memi was our server, and she was fantastic. We ordered Copper Mules, which are nice and refreshing on summer days. Our food was good. I come here for burgers. I ordered the Southwest Burger. Too hungry to snap a photo. Hubby ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken, which is one of the recommended dishes here. Overall, this is a solid place if you would like a good dinner with drinks.
