Subway - Aurora

The woman who served us always seemed to look at us strangely. When we were trying to decide on our orders, she appeared completely disinterested. When I was finally ready to order, she gave me a dismissive look while making a point of saying, a bit too cheerfully, that they don’t accept coupons here, accompanied by a rather forced smile. If you’re looking for better service and quality food, I would suggest not coming here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The Indian women working here are extremely rude, and no matter how good the food is, their attitude ruins the experience. They either need to leave or learn to treat customers with more respect.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews, but I went there tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The food was exactly as it should be. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and engaged with both me and the customer behind me.

The lady that runs this place is extremely rude. Not only to her young employees, but also to customers. It’s like she has a control issue or something. She’s yelled at me twice and has turned me off from subway so much so that I haven’t ordered from any of their locations since coming to her shop.
