Papa Nicky's Pizza - Aurora

I ordered a pizza, but it arrived burned. Initially, I mentioned that I didn't order from them, but they insisted on making it again. Then, I was told that my pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes. When the driver arrived, he rang my doorbell twice, but by the time I got downstairs to answer, he had already gotten back into his car. It took me less than two minutes to respond, and he also broke our doorbell in the process. When I tried to call to address the issue, he hung up on me.

The entire staff was unfriendly, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. I noticed flies buzzing around, and I even suspected I saw a cockroach crawling beneath the countertops. When I went to pick up someone else's order, it took over 20 minutes, only for me to find out they were missing items to complete it. I was told I could call the customer to ask for alternatives, which made me feel like I had messed things up. Ultimately, the order was canceled, and I left promptly. I absolutely won't be ordering from them again. However, I have to admit that the food was quite delicious.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this place. The pizza is really good, but we discovered them because they claim to be open from 4 AM to 5 PM. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 1:30 AM one night, but when I called at 2:15 AM, I found out they were closed. The next night, they did the same thing, and it seems like they often close well before 5 PM.

After a waiting period of 25 minutes for delivery with Doordash. Driver didn't speak English, went to totally wrong hotel. After several texts and calls, we finally got our food. About $50 for our order was nothing warm. Mushrooms were cold, wings were cold, pizza was yes, you guessed it too cold and crust was hard. This was for the first time with Doordash and I am not impressed at all and probably never used again.

I don't know what is the deal with this restaurant, they have very good food but they always screw up someones order or the food completely and make it not worth the money they spend there. I have only ordered from here 2 times and both times my order was not what I expected. The first time I ordered was from doordash and I got someone elses order and it wasn't even close to what I ordered and it wasn't anything that I even eat so I couldn't eat it, luckily since it was so late I couldn't get my order replaced that I did receive a full refund. That was the only reason that I reconsidered ordering from here a second time, But the second time I ordered from doordash again and my food was poorly packaged with my fried zucchini it was so hot still that the side of ranch I requested was placed inside of there the lid was steamed off that it spilled all over the zucchini and made it all soggy and I could barely eat it because it was falling all apart. Then the French fries where so overcooked and hard with my cold sub sandwiches that I ordered made them soggy as well. The food was cooked and prepared and packaged poorly and carelessly. It was not worth spending $54 for and I requested a refund and doordash would not help me in any type of way for this order. I am very disappointed and I do not think me or my family will order from here again.
