Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant has undergone a complete renovation and is now very clean. Customers have the option to order at the counter, from the kiosks, or through the mobile app and have their food delivered to their car. Orders placed at the kiosk are brought to the table. The restaurant has a great modern look, a far cry from its previous appearance, and has been brought into the 21st century.
Some nights they are able to make mocha coffee, while other nights they are not. The ice machine at this restaurant is always broken and the staff is often rude. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but can we at least make an effort to improve?
This restaurant had the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. The drive-thru experience from start to finish was a disaster. It took 15 minutes to get everything wrong. I ended up paying for the wrong order, waiting for a different wrong order, and ultimately not having any more time to wait. Corporate should seriously consider shutting down this franchise to minimize losses.
They need to make sure that they actually hear what people order, so there is no situation where they drive to the window to pay and no one is aware of what they have ordered and how! simply expressed. please do them better with their customer service! I mean, we don't come for the quality of eating, so at least act as if there was something valuable for my money!
Asked for a quarter pounder and got a Big Mac. I'm not sure how difficult it is to put together a McDonald's order. Not very happy with this place lately.
