Mcdonald's - Aurora

I have been frequenting this McDonald's location for several years, despite typically avoiding it for convenience reasons. However, I must say that this particular location always delivers fresh food when requested. The staff is consistently courteous and efficient. I felt compelled to write this review tonight because of a manager who went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name as I was in a hurry, but he was a friendly and professional black man of average height. Additionally, the cashier, a tall, thin white male, provided excellent service as well. I hope McDonald's corporate takes note of the outstanding team at this Galena location and considers training employees at other locations, such as the one over on Orchard Avenue.

The evenings can get busy, so anticipate a bit of a wait if you utilize the drive-thru during that time. This is to be expected as it is one of only two McDonald's locations on the west side. However, overall it is a pleasant restaurant. The staff is welcoming and the establishment is well-maintained. They offer two drive-thru lanes on their menu and are open 24 hours a day.

This fast food restaurant is superb. It is tidy and efficiently run, with spotless restrooms. The employees are very welcoming. The food was prepared quickly, tasted great, and was served at the perfect temperature. Don't miss out on trying their scrumptious signature sandwiches.

I mean, it's McDonald's. The bar is already set low. It's the little things that can be extremely important sometimes.We ordered three oatmeals, two w/o cream and one with along with three apple juices, one orange juice and a breakfast sandwich combo. The staff did not indicate anything different between the oatmeals so the oatmeal could not be eaten by two of our party because of dietary restrictions.TLDR: We bought food that we couldn't eat because they didn't write on the containers.
