Mcdonald's - Aurora

This is arguably one of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to. They rarely get my order right, and even when they do, the quality is lacking. If you're looking to experience a frustrating fast food visit, this is the place to go.

I would have expected to request extra ketchup, but surprisingly, the staff here seem to think that just providing a quarter pounder with cheese is enough. Every time I visit, even when I specifically ask for extra ketchup, they insist on giving me napkins instead, as if anticipating the mess from the burger.

Original review: The only reason I've come here is its proximity, but honestly, something is always wrong with our order. Once they forgot several items from a large breakfast, and when my partner went back to address it, he wasn’t the only customer with issues that day. Today, I ordered a four-piece nugget meal with yogurt, but I was charged for a six-piece with apples instead. They don’t have order screens for some reason, so it’s hard to verify your order. The food is always hot, but the cashiers and the people packing orders need better training.

That is one of the worst mcdonald’s I've ever been to. it is unfortunate that it is the closest to my home and I literally have to pass to another mcdonald’s. the drive thru line lasts forever, and I will always be asked to wait at a place for my app order, which should be ready until I am there. that is the point of preorder, isn't it? and in the rule it is for a order of 3 articles. How long could that take? the fries are almost always cold and not fresh, eating is scary and simply not good. this whole restaurant is a chaos and I wonder if teenagers own it, because that's pretty all I see working here. according to my opinion, based on many regrettable and frustrating experiences, I highly recommend skipping this headache and going to the mcdonald’s on the road. I have written a picture of the notiz that again says that the drink machine is down. get it together!

Needs better training and staff, they are always messing up orders with terrible slow service. Drive thru employees need to speak up and work on eye contact, how is a customer supposed to know you’re talking to them when you’re looking and speaking towards the screen?
