Mcdonald's - Aurora

Eat well. employees are always nice enough. Sometimes you get a little rocky at night, but it's to be expected if you eat one of the only 24 hours.

Sat in the drive through pinned for over 40 min for some food that was clearly just sitting there. Order was wrong to begin with. No urgency no management leadership. Two lanes had to wait more than 15 min to get an order taken. Why have two lanes but one person that needed to use the restroom??? Doesn't make sense for a multi billion dollar company. Either hire actual workers or management needs to step up and own the place not just come in for a paycheck. Food was cold, stale waaaaay late and crew extremely rude aside from the older crown then again different generation.

Do NOT eat from here! I just came here a few hours ago and my son got food poisoning! They are not properly cooking, washing hands, or sanitizing and cleaning things... I left my number to be called back by a manager and I haven't heard back from them... Please don't feed your babies any of this **** from here.. I've been going to McDonald's for years and I've never gotten sick behind their food. Avoid!

Thank you for absolutely ruining my order of bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle meal and egg mc muffin. Sausage, all of it. Charged for what I wanted, definitely didn't get it. I don't have time to go back to the only open mc donalds this morning.Ever wonder why someone got food and is taking a bit to leave? It's because now I have to check my breakfast too.

I picked up a GrubHub order McDonald's seems to be the leader in food packaging for 3rd party delivery they've had this dialed in from beginning of covid when the delivery services really blew up. As with any fast food joint it would be nice to have an alternate pickup method late at night when the drive-thru lines are really long
