Jimmy John's - Aurora

My experience with this restaurant was very disappointing. I placed an order for delivery but they called to say they couldn't deliver due to short staffing. However, they still wanted to charge me shipping fees and take a tip, even though I had to pick up the order myself. Why should I have to pay for shipping if I'm picking it up? I requested a refund for the fees, but the manager was rude and uncooperative. This is unacceptable customer service. They falsely advertise that they offer delivery when they don't. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This restaurant always finds excuses to avoid working. I waited 20 minutes for my order and they continuously complained about not having enough delivery drivers. The sandwiches are usually soggy, and they even wrote my phone number on the receipt, suggesting that I should call ahead to place a better order. The service lacks professionalism and it's clear that this place should consider shutting down.

I was the only customer on Wednesday at 5 pm. I purchased the least expensive sandwich on the menu while waiting for my ride. I enjoyed my veggie sandwich with avocado, but I should have inquired about the availability of whole wheat rolls. The service was fast and perfect, and the food was delicious and fresh. Overall, it was a perfect experience.

Last two times I ordered it took about half an hour to deliver my sandwich. I called 30 and my sandwich is in the load and the drivers are out. the last time I had to call twice, or I didn't get my sandwich, someone had to find it and didn't know why it wasn't with the driver. I don't know why I gave them a try today. the driver was super sweet and apologetic, but everyone who answered the phone seems to hate his life. I never like to accept based on just a few prove, maybe the evening crew is great, but any experience I had this year makes it look like nobody cares. this place could clean new administration and a minded.

Always an excuse not to work. I've been on hold for twenty minutes total today. They always complain they have no drivers. Their sandwiches are generally soggy. And they texted my phone number recommending I tip better even though their service is trash. No professionalism and should probably close down at this point.
