Jersey Mike's - Aurora

I was pleasantly surprised by how great Jersey Mike's is. Having grown up in Philadelphia, I can confidently say that Jersey Mike's offers one of the closest experiences to a true Philly hoagie. Once you try one, you'll never want to go back to Subway—it's simply not in the same league. At Jersey Mike's, they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you, and they don’t skimp on the toppings! I really hope that Jersey Mike's expands in this area, ideally opening locations near every Subway, so that everyone can enjoy an authentic submarine sandwich. Jersey Mike's truly delivers a taste of the East Coast hoagie!

The staff at the store today truly exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly friendly and quick, making the experience enjoyable and efficient. I will definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning very soon!

Jersey mikes is delicious...it puts subway to shame and even jimmy johns to shame to a degree. that jersey shores favorite is so damn good. i will be back in the future

Update: I previously wrote a negative review, but after speaking with the general manager, I've learned that the employee responsible for most of the negative experiences has left the company. I'm pleased to say that I really enjoy the sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s, and overall, I'm happy with the brand. I appreciate how the general manager addressed the issue and took steps to improve the store. I will definitely be returning to this location, and I encourage anyone reading the other negative reviews to consider that many were influenced by one problematic employee. With that person no longer there, I believe the store will see significant improvements. I'm ready to give them another chance.

I placed an order for a large event (150 volunteers) and had the absolute BEST catering experience with Brittnay as well as the team led by Jimmy (Mike and Addy). From the moment I walked in with questions to when I left with the order, Jimmy did everything he could to answer them and made helpful suggestions. Also at every step of the way I always observed the team treating their daily customers like old friends, even when it was super busy. It goes without saying that the sandwiches tasted great And were prepared on time. Brittnay was incredibly professional and responsive and accommodated all my requests as best as she could! We will cater from here again next year for our annual event!
