Giano Pizzeria - Aurora

Hubby was craving calzones and we haven't found them at our regular pizza places. Checked yelp and found Giano Pizzeria. Menu has some good NY style choices so we placed an order. These calzones are legit we have food for a couple of days. Delicious! We'll be back again.

This place is so delicious!! Everything we've tried here has been completely amazing! Their customer service is above and beyond, this is the type of place to make things right and then some if something goes wrong with your order, even if it's a computer system issue and not their fault.

Wings had some sort of thick mustard like sauce and the pizza had the same sort of strange thick sauce placed on top after it was removed from the oven. Over an hour delivery time and drinks were forgotten. Would not recommend, we were very very disappointed.

I ordered the delivery special , 3 topping pizza with garlic knots and a salad. Pizza came with no knots and no salad dressing for the ridiculously large salad they sent over. Seriously, the salad could feed a horse, assuming the horse doesn 't expect any dressing. The pizza was ok, nothing special. For the price I expect more and expect everything I ordered. Would have given a 1 star but when I called the said the would refund the knots and part of the salad. They said next time I should specify the dressing in the delivery notes. Not sure who wants a salad this big with no dressing?!?. Honestly if they don 't know what kind of dressing someone wants they should just include at least something, seems like common sense to me. The girl on the phone was nice and I usually don 't leave bad reviews so I will bump this up to a 3. Still wish I had some knots and dressing though. Happy holidays!

Great pie. They slightly burned the pizza and made me a new one on their own. Integrity I like it.
