Very polite staff. Meal made exactly as ordered. Highly delicious and savory components to the sandwich. Cost is worth it as well leads to great cause.

10/15/22 6:25pm dine-in. An upsetting 1 star for this evening. Walked in with my family and was not greeted. It was not busy so I’m not sure why we weren’t greeted. So I decided to say a nice loud “Hello!” Not one response from the 3 employeesbehind the counter. It took about 5 minutes to have our order taken. None of the 3 employees had the decency to say somethingalong the lines of “We’ll be with you in a few minutes…” One of the employees finally came to the register and saidnothing. I had to say “Hello we’d like to make an order…” We were not asked for pickles or up-sold on any other menuitems. After placing our order we went to a table and waited to eat. We ordered 4 sandwiches. 1 sandwich had no top bread, 1had no bottom bread, and 1 sandwich was a sloppy mess. A coke we purchased was flat. It was unpleasant to listen to the 3employees swearing amongst themselves while we ate. The place was dirty, the floor was not swept and the piles of chip boxesin the dining area wasn’t pleasant to look at either. Watched an employee wash the tables- he put the bucket of water on topof one of the tables but when he took the bucket away, he didn’t wipe the table where bucket sat. When we usually come herethere is an adult woman and/or a man who is very friendly, greets you, and asks you for options on your order. I guess it paysto have an adult on duty at all times to make sure you get the BEST customer service possible.

Firehouse is one of my favorite places to get subs. I recommend them to anyone who will listen and even have used them for catering. Over the past number of months I’ve worked hard to obtain enough points for a free large sub. A few weeks ago Iwent to redeem my points at this location and it didn’t work. My reward was taken away, but I had to pay for the sub. Theowner was very nice about it and said they needed to contact corporate to have the points re-instated, but this is yet tohappen. I feel deceived and will think twice about doing business with Firehouse in the future.

While I live about an hour away from this location it is by far my favorite. Just about every one of their chains is an hour away from me. It seems this one has at least a few family members that help run this particular establishment and I just reallyenjoy the workers as well as my sandwich always coming out perfect! Thanks for all you guys do!

Excellent sandwich as always. While waiting for my order, the staff had to unfortunately deal with a major Karen. The group that ordered ahead of me was waiting by the door. One of the teenage girls was messing with some plants, pulling leaves off orsomething. Female worker asked her not to do that. Then the mom, aka Karen asked for a manager. And proceeded to berate the poorworker. She got so upset and went in back. Some people are horrible. Props to the manager for dealing with Karen calmy.Karen...go get some professional help. Go Firehouse!
