The staff was nice and friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained. There was a long line, but the staff worked efficiently to take care of customers quickly!
Absolutely delicious bbq brisket and cheddar sandwich. I went in and said to the young man I wanted the greatest they had, and he clarified my underpants with Brisket. Well done, sir. It was really good. And I could have it for two meals! The sandwich never disappoints.
Was the firehouse we used to go to but they can't retain workers and if your someone coming in to wait in line it's a waste of time because online orders will have you waiting long than you should ever have to at a fast food restaurant. They really need to get rid of online orders just so idiots can pay extra money to cut in line
Honestly, it was a chaotic situation. Most guests were quite unhappy, and a few even asked for refunds. My colleagues and I decided to wait it out and observed that each staff member was stepping away from the front for about 10 minutes at a time. At that point, no sandwiches had been made in over 20 minutes, and nearly 20 people were waiting to be served. However, once the staff came back, their attitude completely changed. The team members at the register and in the setup were exceptional. Although I didn’t catch their names, they quickly got things moving. They began organizing orders efficiently and started communicating effectively. Orders were produced rapidly, and when I finally received my order, every sandwich was made correctly and tasted delicious. I understand that mistakes can happen and sometimes things can go awry, but the team really pulled together that day and made a remarkable comeback, thanks to those who were handling the register and setup.
I would not recommend this place! The service was terrible. There was only one person taking care of food preparation. I ordered online for pickup and arrived on time, but after waiting for 30 minutes past my order completion, I inquired about the status. To my surprise, they didn’t even have my order in the preparation area. Eventually, they canceled my order, and when I requested a refund, it was clear that the staff had no idea how to process a full refund. To top it off, when I checked, I discovered I was refunded $4.50 less than what I originally paid! I tried to reach a manager for assistance, but no one answered the phone. Now I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company due to this experience. The manager didn't offer any apologies or solutions. I have no intention of returning.
