Einstein Bros. Bagels - Aurora

I ordered a bagel sandwich to go (because your dining room is still closed), came back to me to find a whole half of the sandwich so burned it was completely black. obviously the employees do not care about food quality. they saw that it was completely black and served me anyway instead of doing it again.

Solid coffee. they have several breakfast options . get a comfortable chair.

Wow. I've never experienced anything like the service I received this morning. no apologies, no care. order on the app for 6:30 pickup. my man went for the command and when he arrived, he was told that the command was rejected because they were not yet open. she said she would have refunded it. She didn't. I called to ask if I could pick it up. I was told it would take an hour. when I told her I ordered online with the app, she told me that the order is not available. they could not refund it because they are not connected to the app. she said I should call the app. no just an email. I will not hold my breath. so, now I'm spent on my cc is not refunded. what a crock. So I'm sitting here hungry and I have to go back to bed.

I wanted to pick up my command that I had on the ground this morning to be ready at 6:40 a.m., and there was a sign on the door that says they wouldn't let anyone in by 630. I and some other people waited outside for the move and the dame refused to leave someone or treat someone with order until 730, because that is when they opened, regardless of the sign that they were already posted in front of the door, and I had told her that I could see that my order was on the table and if she just wanted to give it to me, then she could and then at least she would be on the table.

I frequent this Einstein bagels to get the same sandwich almost once a week maybe more. And there's always something wrong with my sound. Today there was no difference but I'm not coming back after this trip. Not only was my bagel hard and dry, they didn't toast it like I asked and there was so much mustard and mayonnaise on it that it was just leaking out of the sides, there was one small piece of Turkey lunch meat and more lettuce than should ever be on a sandwich. It's as if they do not care when they're making your food or maybe it's just my food. Or maybe it's just my food
