Domino's Pizza - Aurora

Each time we order from this Domino's, there's always an issue, and when we call to address it, we’re met with an attitude. The pizzas are rarely cut all the way through, forcing us to do it ourselves. Items are often incorrect, and the food frequently arrives cold. This particular order was a complete mess. It spent 30 minutes in "quality check," yet they still sent us the wrong item. The cheese on the steak sandwich was burnt to the point of resembling leather (I even tried adding mayo to salvage it), and they messed up the slicing on all the pizzas, especially the one shown in the picture. Additionally, one of the pizza boxes was broken, and the delivery driver left the boxes on the porch in the cold with the sodas on top, failing to ring the doorbell. As a result, everything was cold when we finally brought it inside.

I ordered delivery online and received three items that were nothing like what I had actually chosen. I called the restaurant to correct the order, and while they redelivered, half of the items were still missing. The entire process took almost two hours, and they refused to refund me any of my money. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again.

Wow, this is definitely a big corporate chain experience. I ordered a sausage pepperoni pizza along with a few other items, but when I called to provide some feedback, they couldn't locate my order number, email address, or the online order itself. I have the email confirmation and the order number, and I can see everything in my order portal. However, the manager couldn't find the order and didn’t even remember processing it. It feels like typical big chain pizza with equally disappointing customer service. I won't be returning.

Very fast and friendly service with excellent taste! I would take a picture of the pizza and wings we ordered but we ate them all!

Have been coming here for years. Just came from picking up my pizza today and as usual my pizza was perfect! Looks like the young lady who has been the manger for a while now wish i could mention her name and her team are very professional butnice, always speak as soon as you walk in the door and give excellent customer service!
