Costco Wholesale - Aurora

It seems like the Aurora Costco always has more Asian goodies, while the one in Lone Tree has the least. Besides the ice cream mochi, brown sugar ice cream bar, instant boba milk tea and Taiyaki (Lone Tree also has these), found moon cakes, pineapple cakes, durian cakes, dates with walnut and Taiwan style beef jerky (Lone Tree sometimes has these if you are lucky). I think I need to complain to the manager of the Lone Tree Costco about this, LOL.

Love Costco. Get all my paper products there as well as Prime Brisket and Steaks. Frozen wild caught salmon is a pretty good deal.

They charge us twice for items and also took out half our items and did god knows what with them so we're missing half our list, check out seems to be in utter chaos.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I went in with my family and an employee named MIA was soo rude to us discriminating us from the moment we walked in. I showed her my sister in laws membership on the app as she was trying to get my nephew situated in a cart and she REFUSED to let us in saying it wasn't my own membership. I kept mentioning I knew it wasn't mine how we were shopping together, and my sister in law was right here. She continued to profile us saying we were not allowed. After a few minutes of her being absolutely rude, and trying to plead our case that my sister in law was RIGHT THERE next to me and STILL WOULD NOT let us go shop. Unfortunately, we were very desperate to get formula from there and continued to basically beg her to allow us to shop because we really needed baby formula. She finally allowed us in, but immediately pulled out her walkie talkie for employees to be on high alert on us. I am beyond disgusted with how she acted, and how everything was handled. We immediately canceled our membership left. We will never be back to this establishment. Please be aware of how they profile certain individuals.
