Pizza Nova - Aurora

I come a place where pizza is everything. And let me tell you pizza nova did not disappoint.Amazing pies and the chicken bites the kids ate them so fast I turned and they were gone!Excellent excellent excellent.If your from out of town looking to feed a small army this is the place.

Best pizza nova I’ve been too hands down. The owners are running a really good pizza shop here. Very nice ppl when you pick up as well.

I ordered 2 party size pizzas late at night for a total of $70 and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The pizzas were inedible, with old crumbly dough, barely any meat, and burnt outside slices. The extra cheese I ordered was just a burnt block sitting on top of the pizza. When I went to pick up my order, the worker was on a personal call and didn't pay attention to us. Overall, it was a horrible experience that ruined my night and embarrassed me in front of my guests. I was only offered store credit as compensation, which did not make up for the disappointment I experienced. It was a let down considering I had previously raved about Pizza Nova to my guests.

We have ordered take-out pizza from this restaurant multiple times and have generally enjoyed it. However, we were disappointed with our last two orders as they did not meet our expectations. The first time, the crust was not whole wheat as requested, and today the sauce was not pesto despite ordering a pesto pizza from the menu. We believe that if there are any issues with our order, there should be clear communication. Otherwise, we expect to receive the correct order.

Very poor quality….either too much dough or it’s under cooked. I don’t think they buy their cheese from head office….their cheese has the consistency of raw dough…not stringy at all. Terrible.
