GRCo Grill - Aurora

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The new owners are clueless about their menu. I repeatedly asked for a Greek poutine, but ended up with Greek fries instead. Despite pointing out the mistake, the staff seemed confused and unprepared. It was clear that they didn't know their own menu and were unable to follow simple instructions. To make matters worse, the hygiene standards were lacking with no one wearing hair nets or gloves while preparing food. It was a disappointing experience and I doubt this place will last long under the current owners/managers. I even have a photo of their unreadable menu as proof of their incompetence. Stay away.

Favorite geek restaurant size of the piece is good souvlaki is very delicate rice is good pricing is good for portion size friendly staff

Love this place, as always eating was great personal are always friendly. it is comfortable and clean. diligent to eat in a cold weather door, let us in a very cold design

We paid $63.50 for three dinners and I don't think I would dine here again. My advice to the owners would be to slow down the service and focus on providing good quality meals, even if it means a little extra wait time. Greet your customers warmly and make sure to attend to them throughout their meal, so that no one feels ignored. Overall, the restaurant has a great concept and is clean and well-organized. With some effort and attention to detail, they could become a long-lasting success.

I have dined at this restaurant six times in the past year. The poutine is delicious. Every dish I have tried has been fantastic. I believe this restaurant will have staying power.
