Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill

Great to find chuck’s roadhouse in aurora after enjoying one in niagara if a few months ago. menu is extensive and the portions are large my montreal smoked meat was good and served with fries. my wife had wings, rings and pommes. everything. was excellent. service was good.

We ordered the steak and lobster the 3 lobster dinners. the steak and lobster was perfectly cooked. I asked for crispy pommes who were crispy! enjoyed our meal so much, we went back and ordered the same meal again.

Visited twice and the atmosphere is terrible. the service was okay. but eating was not good and the drinks were okay. would only recommend young adults looking for a bar atmosphere. not recommended for families!

Cowboy steak was mostly fat dressed by wobbly some reddish art säuse. salat had brown salat and they wanted to calculate 79 cents extra for hot säuse on a $70 dollar meal. slip. Service staff was friendly and is the only...reason I say 2 out of 5 stars. really disappointing how we regularly eat at the bolton chucks and enjoy it.

My wife and i went this location for Valentines. My wife ordered the Rib and Wing combo and i had the 20 oz Porterhouse med rare. It took well over 30-40 minutes from the point of ordering for our food to arrive. The ribs were...chewy and full of fat and well below the temperature you would expect. My steak came still breathing my fries were cold and the corn was disgusting. I called the server and explained that this was a Blue Rare and that i could not eat it. She picked up my knife and proceeded to remove the steak from my plate and told me to eat my fries and she would be right back. A few minutes later my freshly microwaved steak was brought back to me . I came to this conclusion it had been microwaved for two reasons first there were no new grill marks on it and secondly it was like chewing rubber. Needless to say 75% of my meal was wasted . The only good thing about this evening was they got us our bill within seconds of asking. I will never get the $120 we spent back but they will never get another opportunity to have us come back. Our server for the most part was competent and friendly but the food just sucked. In a market that is as competitive as it is unless they step their game up ten-fold this location will end up fading away like the rest of the establishments that fell between the cracks. Lesson learned next time i will check reviews so we don't end up wasting almost 2 hours only to leave hungry, They sat us at a corner booth close to the servers station and we were privileged enough to have to listen to one of the servers dropping F-Bombs every other word.
