Bái Jiā Lǎo Tāng Aurora （noodle House）

First of all, the taste is subpar. Their food is probably high in MSG I was so thirty after eating their food/noodle soup. Secondly the portion for most items is quite small. Third, their food is really not suitable for takeout/delivery. People who gave high rating for this place never tasted better Northern Chinese food.

Sliced lamb potato noodle: soup very tasty. Noodles very chewy, superlong. Lamb flavour quite strong. Lamb meat a bit overcooked. Beef brisket ramen: noodles, soup beef decent. Vegetables shrivelled

They do Northwestern Chinese noodle soups don't sell family style dishes. All potato noodle soups use same soup as ramens except 2 lamb soups; lamb belly option includes internal organs.

We've gotten take out here a few times. Very flavourful, absolutely delicious!

I had the beef ramen and the ramen were overcooked.
