Boton D'oro - AURONZO DI CADORE

We had the most incredible dinner at Baton D’Oro! On a recent trip to the Dolomites we stumbled upon this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience! From the impeccable service to the high quality ingredients to the level of care and attention to detail with each dish. We also showed up very close to closing without realizing. Not only did they entertain us but they didn’t rush us at all and even offered an incredible desert of house made gelato with berry reduction. From drinks to dessert, the whole meal was perfect!

Great food! Staff is simply amazing! It feels like home. Room was so cosy and very clean. Everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended.

On the way, look for the nearest restaurant to our final destination, this caught my attention, turned out to be a pleasant experience and a delicious lunch. Attention was cordial, friendly and fast, The Restaurant is large oequeña took us to a cozy lunch room, all decorated in wood with 6 tables waiting lists of customers. Facilities clean, modern and very clean bathrooms. We were 4 people, as the most inexperienced on Italian cuisine, decided to follow the footsteps of my sister and ordered the same dish Canederli on a mushroom sauce and speck, my brother misto the radicchio and speck spatzle, her mother asked traditional gnochi with one kind of white sauce and speck, could try Spatzle was exquisite, the gnocchi was very good (I do not remember exactly the names they had on the menu, but describe the best I can at home, I'm not a gourmet expert, just appreciation the good food). so if you are close to Auronzo di Cadore visit this Restaurant

Restaurant on the state road leading to auronzo with large parking. the well-kept room with impeccable table service from the waiter. take a look at the two cutlets of cheese and sliced in the area to pass to a plate composed of broken deer and very delicate soy as desserts to finish...all wet from two glasses of cabernet! honest price
