Top Crab - Augusta-Richmond County

Food was good. Came back after the first time trying. We had crab boils and they were both great. Service was bad. Our server was not on top of anything. Had to ask other servers.

This place is amazing! We came in early on a saturday night, and there was zero waiting. We were immediately helped by our server (dani). She got our food orders perfectly right. We got our food quickly. The quantity of the food was perfect. The quality and taste of our food was perfect. This is literally now one of our favorite restaurants in this area. Our server checked our our table just enough to meet our needs but not too much where it was annoying. Literally everything was perfect. VERY nice people too. We LOVE this place. It's a little pricey but worth every penny.

Clean and fresh you could not smell the seafood which is good. The server was very nice

Worst customer service ever! Their front manager Coco, was cussing and taking about me so loudly that I could clearly hear her while I was on the phone with another employee. Asked to receive a call back from the owner, Brian, since the manager Coco was rude and unhelpful, never got a call back. I was also suppose to get a call from Sky, another manager, and of course I heard nothing. I was charged for a pick up meal that was never prepared. When I asked for a refund, they refused to refund my money. I was told to reorder and repay. I was also told that if I had a complaint/wanted my refund I could just come in to the location. So much for a local franchise. At least with a corporation I would get a call back. This is how local businesses get a bad reputation and people end up wanting to deal with big corporations.
