Sweet Moments Cafe - Augusta

I’ve had two bad experiences at this place! The first time I took my kids to try Boba tea for the first time and the lady working was rude and the Boba tasted as if it was out of date! Today was my second visit and this time I was taking my kids to try roll up ice cream for the first time, there was a family ahead of us and after the lady was done serving them she never acknowledged me nor my children, she went sit down and started texting in her phone, not to mention the table I was standing near needed to be cleaned as well as the entire floor. I promptly left and took my business else where! I will not be visiting nor recommending them to anyone! ??

This place used to be amazing.. now it's ran by teenagers who are unhygienic and have zero work ethic. it's honestly so sad because i used to visit this place so often. Now i will never be back.

AMAZING a amazing customer service, delicious food and amazing boba! tons of games and stuff to do while you wait, and super cute decor. would 100% recommend

If you're going here for the Boba, don't. Sorry. But the workers are great.

I haven’t been to the store but I’ve been to the food truck at several events and we absolutely love their desserts!! And the owners are so kind!! I absolutely recommend them for any event!
