Mcdonald's - Augusta

This place is consistently unclean. The tables are rarely wiped down, and they always claim that the espresso machine is broken. I have a strong suspicion that they simply don't want to clean it. It seems to be just one of the many tasks on their to-do list that gets overlooked. The floor where I was sitting was sticky, and nearly every table was dirty. I'll give it another week and check back, but it’s clear they need better management. This really seems to be a management issue.

The drive-thru wrapped around the building, but we received our food in under 10 minutes. Thank you for the quick and accurate service! Could you please send someone to address the issues at both locations south of Augusta?

So wait the disappointment in the car to find out no salads. I'll wait in the line to get out. shows how much I know. a friend is sick, but she just wanted garden salad. it was so hard to find anyone where this is fast to get regular salat. I had to go into a load n buy 2 bags salat mix n fixations.

I went to this place today after the work (6:00 o'clock) I had some coupons and app points, and the manager and the cash were happy to help them were very busy but very friendly and I got my eating and drinks fast. people always take time to complain, but rarely do they take the time to let people know when they do a great job and they are appreciated?

The ice cream machine is constantly out of order. Why is that? This is really poor service. Every time I visit, it's broken. It's disappointing—please improve!
