Mcdonald's - Augusta

I have to give just one star today because I received a very watered-down orange drink. It tasted as if it was simply filled with water and a few drops of orange dye. I returned the drink, asking if it could be fixed, since it was too diluted. The staff member said yes, but when it came back, it was just as watery as before. When I mentioned this, the young man didn’t seem to put any effort into fixing it. At that point, I felt like I wasn’t making any progress, so I decided to order a sweet tea instead, which turned out to be good.

I ordered two regular McChickens, and to my surprise, one of them came with ketchup. It’s worth noting that a McChicken typically just has mayonnaise, lettuce, and a chicken patty. This was really disappointing and completely ruined my appetite. Thanks, McDonald's, for making me spend $12 on such a messed-up order!

During my visit to the drive-thru, I noticed that they serviced three other cars before even acknowledging my presence. While I could see the staff taking orders from others, no one responded to me at all. I eventually had to leave without placing my order since they seemed completely unresponsive.

My visit was better this time to look for the owner and my order was right and fresh from the grill, but I couldn't get my ice because the machine was down, but overall the service was better this time

Took forever to get our food, took forever for someone to come to the front to take our order even when they clearly saw us standing there. Worst part was one of the workers that was cleaning windows tried to sell me Marijuana. And these people want $15+ per hour???? What a joke!!
