Mcdonald's - Augusta

As someone who has worked in fast food, I know it’s typically easy to cancel an order and reprocess it correctly. It felt like they were more concerned about their drive-thru times than actually resolving their error. Frustrated, I decided to go to Wendy’s instead, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff there were incredibly polite, and they really turned my night around!

The facilities were clean, there were only a few people, and no wait time. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee was hot, served quickly and efficiently, and it was fresh even at 12:15 PM. Excellent job, and thank you to the McDonald's team!

Avoid visiting in the early morning, as they have limited staff and long wait times.

Fries were a bit stale but ice cream machine was up and running so it was worth it. Employees seemed friendly and since we came at night there wasn't any wait time.

Best McDonald's I have gone to. Have only used the drive through but the speed and service is very good. So much better then the one in Winfield.
