Laziza Mediterranean Grill - Augusta

We found this restaurant while taking a stroll downtown. Walked in and found a great friendly staff. Got coffee and baklava. Others in my group got coffee and gelato. We enjoyed ourselves and will return to eat dinner.

Excellent food! Fresh. Reasonably priced. Vegetarian and vegan options. Very flexible menu where substitutions are allowed. The food has so much depth of flavor, presented beautifully. The staff are always friendly. Outdoor seating available. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about Laziza. Honestly, some of the best and freshest food I've ever tasted. They really.know how to blend ingredients in a way that creates a spectacular meal.Is it expensive? Yes, however, portions are LARGE (and did I mention, delicious? so I'm not complaining.I'd call this a must visit when in the area.

We had the Falafel platter and Falafel wrap ? both were HOT in temperature, which is MOST IMPORTANT to us when it comes to falafel. We enjoyed the place. It was clean, the interior and bathroom were clean. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to or through Augusta . Fries were seasoned well, and hittin' We got some Baklava for the dessert. An overall win for us.

This was my first time here. Young Mr. Cruz at the register was very engaging and knowledgeable about the menu items and what each contained which greatly helped me in avoiding ordering anything I am allergic too. The feta fries are beyond amazing. I had to pause for a moment on the first bite and just close my eyes. That good!!!!Top notch service and great food!Dietary restrictions: Mr. Cruz was able to help me avoid allergens and had extensive knowledge of ingredients in each item.
