Firehouse Subs Walton Way - Augusta

We ordered 2 subs- the Italian and the hook new york steamer and a grilled chicken salad. they got us! with a distance the best subs we've ever had! loaded with meat, tomato and salat and wobble! I would definitely recommend this firehouse if they are hungry! the salad was stacked up with all delicious ingredients!

Excellent service staff was very helpful both grandchildren have allergies and they helped me repair a meal that both youngs enjoyed my thanks again

If possible I would give negative stars! we gave this place a try three different paintings, and each time it was the same result. eating is never done right. brot was completely burned until you could not eat it. my friend, who is allergic to jalapeños, and made it a point to say the device, was given with them a sub. to the happiness I have melted them so strongly that I encouraged them to check their lower part before they took one. also the personal was as rude as it came to correct an order or to ask for a spoon or serviette. I personally believe this is a firehouse that deserves to close its doors. I and my family are disappointed, is an understatement! don't go here.

Clean place, courteous service, food was ok and not super like most Firehouse (sandwich was kind of small).

First off, when walking up to the counter I noticed that the lady at the cash register was digging in her mouth like she was trying to remove food from her teeth. She stared right at me and suddenly took her finger out of her mouth and proceeded to take my order. No, she did not stop to wash her hands or even so much as put gloves on. To make matters worse, she took that same, unwashed hand to hand my cups to me. A disgusting health violation. Didn't drink out of the cups! And the sandwiches? They were not what I ordered either (found out after leaving the store)! I will not be back to this location!
