I go every morning, sometimes twice. DD great coffee, great people.

My favorite DD in the CSRA!! Tell me how these girls literally order me through this line around the building with a deliciously made CORRECT every time in how 5 minutes?! I am here 4-5 morning a week (not judge me lol) and I always am amazing coffee, consistent service with friendly staff and it is FAST. Give your staff a deserved increase and/or reward!

Best Dunkin in the CSRA. Usually has a complete selection of donuts and very friendly staff. Clean toilets and a comfortable dining area.

This is my second time having this issue: if I order two medium chai lattes, one will be practically empty and the other will be mostly full (still lots of space left in my opinion). The employees could care less when I explained that it was my second time receiving drinks like this. One excuse was ?the machines do it? and another said ?there?s milk in here? after I handed her the cup back. That doesn?t explain why I was given a half full cup. It felt SO light, I?m surprised they actually sold it to me without trying to remedy the situation first. The employees need better training in making the drinks as well as a lesson in customer service (because there was no apology or understanding at all, just excuses). It might be beneficial to have a manager on site. When we decided to turn around and come back a second time to show them that there was about an inch of chai powder, unstirred, in the bottoms of both cups, we also discovered a sign for $2 medium lattes during a specific timeframe. We were there at 5 (within the timeframe) but we paid full price. Again, better training or at least hiring more caring and considerate employees would yield a much better experience. The pictures below show our drinks when we first received them (practically empty) and then after we drank them (in a matter of seconds? another thing, they weren?t even hot) showing the inch of unstirred powder.

Drive through was fast and correct. We did have to pull forward for 1 of our 5 drinks but it was worth the wait. The window clerk was very well spoken and polite.
