I love diablos! I'll give a 3 star because I've been there a few times and they didn't have to go. not generous, but the main reason I wanted to eat there. I love the crispy taco bullets.

They build their own Burrito Square in the city. wayyyy better than moes, chipotle or barberitos. good tofu, fresh ingredients, excellent salsas and the best chips.

I had an amazing experience tonight at Diablos. I am a regular customer here because I always receive exceptional customer service. Whether it is lunch, dinner, or late evening like tonight, I have no complaints. Mike did a great job on the grill tonight - my chicken quesadilla was delicious with perfectly melted cheese throughout. Crystal and Ari provided top-notch customer service up front. Even though I came in late tonight, they still treated me with kindness. They even made me my own salsa verde, which was the best I've ever tasted. I don't usually leave reviews, but tonight the team at Diablos exceeded my expectations. Thank you Crystal, Ari, and Mike.

Diablos is the top southwest-style Mexican restaurant in my book. The burritos are fantastic, the chips and salsa are delicious, and the chipotle ranch dressing is a must-try!
