Cook Out - Augusta

Burger was mixed up in the wrapper an the walking taco mix they made smelled like garbage. Onion rings were burnt so bad my dog wouldn?t come near it. This place was really good two years ago what happened. Customer service is no where to be found.

This is by far the WORST Cookout in the CSRA. I just spent an ENTIRE HOUR at the drive-thru for our order to be wrong. They told us to pull around and wait in the front of the store for the rest of our order, after charging us for what they got wrong whichwas more than half of my order. I waited for 20 minutes in front of the store for 2 orders of Chilli cheese fries. I went to thedoor to ask where my food was, which was unlocked. They tried telling me they were closed and I informed them I just wanted myfreaking food. They then handed me my food instantly meaning it had been done for a while and they had no intentions of bringingit out to me. My order here is always wrong, It takes 30-45 minutes to get food just to wait longer because its wrong. Iordered a big double burger with everything on it and this is what I got. This Cook out is HORRIBLE... Go anywhere on PeachOrchard but here, honestly. The employees are too busy vaping in the store and dancing/ talking with each other rather thanactually working. While waiting for my food there was an employee just sitting in the front not doing a single thing... Not oncedid he try to bring us our food.

I ordered a hamburger, and the meat was as thin as a piece of paper, almost like half a slice. When I brought it back, the person at the window told me that's just how it’s cooked. I was incredibly disappointed; this is the worst experience I've ever had at Cook Out.

The food was decent, but you have to ask for condiments as they don't provide them automatically. The prices are quite high, but it seems to be the only fast food place that offers grilled options. I'll return simply because I'm looking for a break from fried food.

The service was extremely slow tonight. I ended up sitting in the drive-thru for over 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or even letting me know if they needed more time. It was especially frustrating since there were only three other cars in line.
