Chicken Salad Chick - Augusta

Large chicken salads. many different aromes to try. dixie chick is the only one with twirling and the lurk is fantastic. they also have the fruity and nutty species. all light weight and well balanced

On Tuesday, April 26, I provided the Augusta location with an order for ten people to be picked up at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 27. I called at10:53 AM to confirm the order was ready for pick-up, and was told by a manager the order wasn't ready. Also, while on the phone with the manager, the person picking up the order arrived, and we were told she would have to wait for the order to be prepared. I'm very disappointed with the level of professionalism/care in processing this order.

The Chicken Salad Chick concept is perfect (unless you don't like chicken salad). Cute, tasty and clever. But even more, the customer service of this location is way beyond expectations. They were patient in explaining the menu to me in the most friendly way possible. I purchased more to go for later on my trip. They packed it on ice to make sure it was fresh. These ladies were a delight. And so is the restaurant. Don't miss it if you are in Augusta.

I ordered a sandwich and broccoli salad. the salate and the dressing were spilled on the sandwich. the brot was so tender and I had to take it off and throw it away. I suggest they put the sides in separate containers. it was disappointing.

Enjoy eating, service and atmosphere. loves the grape salad. will be back.
