Chick Fil-a - Augusta

The staff is always kind, and they respect everyone. Thank you! I have always loved visiting this restaurant, even on the busiest days.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly, which is what you would expect from CFA workers. However, the quality of the food can be hit or miss—it’s a 50/50 chance whether it’s hot and fresh. My favorite drink here is the frosted coffee with biscuits and a shake base, basically a coffee milkshake. Unfortunately, this location has been the only one to give me issues. I’ve ordered this special drink almost a dozen times, but one day when I tried to order it, I was told they no longer served it. The next time I ordered, the staff did give it to me. However, during my visit after that, the same manager who had previously given me the drink said they couldn’t make it for me. As a former CFA employee, I believe the customer’s needs should always come first—there’s no reason they can’t accommodate my drink request. It’s frustrating to hear the same staff member refuse my order when just days earlier I had received it from him. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is because it’s the closest to my home, but it’s definitely not my top choice.

NOT FOOLED: this Chicken Fillet place is a FAKE! It's a hidden knock-off pretending to be a beloved Chick-fil-A! The moment I pulled into the shopping center parking lot, I knew I had a choice: go for chicken or risk doing something foolish (if I was lucky)! Fortunately, my suspicions were proven right. After I drove into the Chicken Fil-A drive-thru, a friendly employee took my order, and someone from another location brought me my food (I got the Nuggets, by the way). The wait wasn't too bad (which is why I'm giving it more than one star), but I can only recommend this particular Chick-fil-A for a CHICKEN emergency!

I've got to be careful here because they spice their meat to perfection. I can leave a chicken sandwich, coffins, nuggets and the grilled nuggets.

Very rude person on register.. she scanned my points for hashbrowns and then told me it?s a breakfast item. i was confused why she scanned it knowing it was a breakfast item. i lost 200 points and have yet to get those points back. the girl on register laughed at me when i told the manager that she took my points and they did nothing about it.haven?t been to augusta one since. went to mcdonald?s instead, you?ll get much better service there.
