Osteria Albero Verde - Augsburg

Hello, I'm Wang from China, I've been living in Augsburg for 1 year and I've also had negative experiences here. The boss was very unfriendly and racist because I don't speak German very well, he didn't let us into his restaurant. I have also heard from many fellow students that the boss is rude and apparently only small portions are served here. No thanks, I'll never be back.

...improve the service. We were there for a business christmas party. The food was really good. The ambience is great. the service has to be professionalised. Things take very long but maybe this is part of the italian hospitality. Its definetly one of the places...in Augsburg, well worth to go!

We were looking to celebrate some occasion and accidentally passed the restaurant. It is located in an old house and by looking inside the windows we saw a great atmosphere and decided to go in. The owner is a nice cheerful guy and the food...was great.

Been there for my birthday diner with friends and family (and a bunch of kids of course). The food was ok, but seriously did not live up to the standards described online and also the price is setting. But service is really the worst. Jokes...seem not to be accepted, a smile you can look for somewhere else. No high cuisine not the well-known Italian hospitality and child friendly atmosphere one would wish for. Sorry.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with the family here. Lovely family run restaurant and the best Tiramisu my son has tasted . Thoroughly enjoyed our evening
