Contribuiți la feedbackWe done here on a regular basis. They are really busy on Friday nights and during the weekend. They are very efficient and we generally don't have to wait too long for a table. Bookings are essential on busy nights. <br/ <br/ I don't know why there are such bad reviews regarding the service here. I think the service is great. Our orders are always taken straight away and the staff keep checking on us to see what we needed despite being busy. They even apologise for wait times.<br/ <br/ We are always served soup and tea straight away and our orders are served pretty quickly. The food is piping hot and fresh off the wok. <br/ <br/ Everything comes out piping hot. The ribs are always tender and the sauce is delicious. The gai lan was fresh and still maintained its crunch. Portion sizes were generous and I loved how it wasn't greasy or oily.<br/ <br/ To finish off we are always served a platter of fruit or dessert of some sort. The place is clean and bustling with people just like any good canton restaurant should be like.
This place serves very affordable and authentic Chinese dishes ... that is why it's busy all the time! Of course if you are looking for fancy environment, you can go to places like Grand Harbour and pay double everything!
Family favourite. This is what real, delicious Cantonese food tastes like. It's always pack and filled people who understand what decent food is. The egg tofu is so silky and crunchy.
If you are looking for ambience forget this place. good value for money. service can be slow due to full house mainly around 6.30pm.food is well priced and its no gourmet meal but upmarket home cooking and that's why you need to book as its a very popular place for family dining
Have been for dinner a couple of times ages ago, and lunch a few times, once recently. The wait for lunch dishes is as long as I remember it to be, one of the only downsides to an otherwise good eatery. The lunch menu is extensive in choices and cheap at about $10 12 for most dishes, the portions are large, ridiculously big for one person. There isn't much meat, the bulk of each dish made up of the rice or noodles, but it's still filling and hearty nonetheless.<br/ <br/ Particularly enjoy the e fu noodles for lunch, and the cheong fun isn't too bad either. The skin isn't too thick, but the meat can be a tad skimpy. A good place for a cheap meal, or check out the meat dishes for a fancier option as well. A busy restaurant.
