The Collins Cafe - Auckland

This caffe has a beautiful seating area in the free when it is sunny! brioche was quite well loved all the different aromen sweets floss, chocolate, cherry and pistachio crumb.

This is currently my favorite cafe. I have visited three times already. The French toast with bacon was exceptional, I would rate it a ten out of ten. The toast had a secret blueberry jam inside and was served with a special white sauce on the side. I will definitely be returning more often when I feel like it.
