Mcdonald's Manukau City - Auckland

I was a little confused with the points promotion on the app and so I asked the girl at the counter who was the manager. I appreciate how she helped me understand better. She gave me time and day. Excellent service. Thank you.

I loved it. Employees around cleaning and cleaning were constantly seeing. Very clean McDonald's and playground for children with a good range of Dyi kiosks to order food. Serviette holders were always full and friendly and helpful.

I have to say that the Manukau is much better, no missing items in my order, no order items, etc. Children's playground is spacious and also dining area. Chips were delicious to be the first time the whole family of 5 ate all their chips. Her crispy chicken slaughter was also good. Very recommended.

For the first time I've been in there since the new self-service kiosks are installed. Very different from the smiling service staff, but still very efficient. If you want the personal note, go through the drive-thru

Typical fast food outlet. Minimum staff interaction, although they were on hand to clean up and replace fries that a child dropped on the floor and walked away from. I was told the ice cream machine wasn't working, only to see someone with an ice cream 10 minutes later.
