Kfc - Auckland

If I listed all of the issues with my order, I would be writing all day. As for the employee with the attitude at the window, we'll see what happens next.

Last Thursday at around 5-6:20pm, the server at the restaurant I went to was not helpful when I tried to explain that my fries had been upsized. She rudely grabbed the tray and threw it away.

I recently visited KFC on Green Lane and was extremely impressed by the excellent service I received from the young staff members. They were polite and helpful, especially the young Indian guy who even helped me to my car with my food. I ordered a catering order of 50 pieces of chicken, 5 servings of gravy, 5 servings of chips, and 2 servings of coleslaw. The staff worked together efficiently to fulfill my order and communicated well with each other. Overall, I was very satisfied with the amazing service at this KFC outlet.

Last night I missed my order in Drive Thru, I had to move on, reach the payment counter and advise the girl what just happened. She helped me take the order. Great customer service well done.

During the Christmas holiday, despite the heat, this restaurant remained open during a time when most people are typically with their families, showing dedication and a strong work ethic. The staff demonstrated excellent communication and professionalism, even when faced with delays and unpleasant situations. The service was exceptional, and the hardworking staff members were a pleasure to interact with.
